First class service. From the moment I schedule my appointment with Ronnie - thankful for her getting me on the schedule quickly for a same day appointment. Arie was attentive and quick getting me back and taking care, then meeting with Dr Erin who was informative and detailed with my exam. I left there happy that I finally found my home here with eye care and feel confident to bring my whole family and friends to this location. Plus I got free sun glasses which was the cherry on top for my first time experience.
This place has always been wonderful. The staff was great and helpful and the doctor is really good with kids. My son was a little nervous, but everyone helped him navigate it and congratulated him during the appointment. Thank you guys.
I love the customer service here everyone is so nice and helpful. I have been to several different places before making vision source my forever choice. My prescriptions are always on point I can see clearly unlike other places I’ve been to. My contacts fit perfectly never any problems at all. I will continue to use vision source Kingwood / Northpark forever.
From making an appointment, having to change at the last minute and getting worked in within a week, to check-in and then on to Alex doing tests and then Dr. Erin thoroughly explaining everything and then picking out glasses; I must say this office is TOPS! My husband and I both received the absolute best care. They really care about their patients. Thoroughly explained things to me that others never bothered to talk about. I was very impressed with everyone! Call, make that appointment, and you will not be disappointed!
This was my first time ever at an eye doctor. The doctors and front desk were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me, as I was somewhat nervous. They found the perfect frames for my face and I couldn’t be more grateful! Ingrid was so helpful in getting my frames set to my face and the front desk was so polite and made me feel at ease every step of the way!
02/02/24 was my appointment date and I was nervous. As soon as I walked in I was put at ease. The welcoming atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone was attentive. Dr. Keith Danz was so kind and took the time to explain everything. The sweet young lady that did my dilation and information input was just a pleasure. Thank you all!
I've had the pleasure of using Dr Wade Ellisor and Dr Erin Ellisor and both have been excellent. They both take their time with the exam, explain everything fully and make you feel like a valued patient. I highly recommend them
Everyone was great- we are especially grateful to Lee Harris for going above and beyond to make sure my daughter found frames she loved… he could have easily just filled out the order for the frames we had found but he took the time to ask if she was really happy and was able to find a pair she is thrilled with. Excellent care and service, y’all are lucky you I have him representing the company!
